Concurrently air conditioning was cut amidst the sweltering Florida summer heat, turning my living space into a suffocating oven. The incessant, ear-shattering 110 dB drilling on the roof—akin to a jackhammer or jet engine— was a barbaric symphony of noise that shredded nerves.
The FBI’s 24/7 surveillance, forcing me to clean this filth and rip out carpets with a razor blade under their watchful eyes, added a layer of sadistic humiliation, a psychological scar intended to crush dignity.
Concurrently most communication, transportation, internet, and phone access was severed to trap me as a prisoner from Jan 2023 – Jan 2025, until I left the country.
These tactics mirror the most depraved CIA black site and Guantanamo’s inhumane methods, as documented by Amnesty International (2006) and the Senate Intelligence Committee Report (2014).
The Impenetrable Cyber Cage: a Sinister Masterpiece of Digital Confinement
From January 2023, my communication and transportation—internet, phone, and Uber access—was severed and/or controlled remotely, trapping me in a virtual prison cell, isolated from help and hope. Hacked devices and fake networks enforced total isolation, mirroring CIA black-site sensory deprivation (Senate Report, 2014) to break the mind. The coerced repetition of mindless tasks—clicking a Teladoc clock every five minutes for 12+ hours or opening 360 identical windows daily for over a year—is designed to push to the brink of mental collapse, a form of psychological coercion echoing Vietnam War POW methods (Basoglu, 2009).
The hacked app commands to jump off the 8th story balcony, proclaiming inevitable death, were a vile incitement to suicide, a war crime-level psychological torture tactic that violates UNCAT Article 1 and ECHR Article 3. This “psychotronic gulag” still persists , with device control and blocked messages, a relentless digital noose tightening around my life, proving their intent to erase my existence.

The FL DOH’s audacity to prosecute over a license they illegally issued, while refusing to investigate system flaws or cyberattacks, defies fairness and is a legal travesty of epic proportions.
