As of May 2026, this saga is still dragging on — now in Europe. With a broken foot and hemoglobin dangerously low at 9.2, I am laying low and trying to survive.
I am awaiting urgent assistance from the Trump administration in one of the most severe cases of state-sponsored torture and reprisal against a whistleblower in modern American history.
One thing is certain:
Veltri's FBI chose to destroy me.
They wanted MY EVIDENCE. I reported giant "ghost" networks (dead/alive patient rotations) and suspicious Philippines-linked activity; years before the DOJ highlighted massive Philippines-linked healthcare fraud.
They wanted ME SILENCED — preferably by suicide so their illegal pre-whistleblowing operations and 702 FISA (the unauthorized splitter installed in my cable line, the ATT Wi-Fi hotspots hid from view, handlers delivering unsolicited large IRS checks & more) & later abuses would stay buried.
This is what the Biden terrorist cartel did to a non-political physician who simply reported massive fraud.
The POCW has amassed extensive evidence, stored in ~four hard drives, ~100,000 photos, 4 laptops, >15 cellphones, 10 detailed diaries, USBs, and more, documenting the truth of this ordeal.

I repeatedly begged the FBI for a gag contract or any legal mechanism to stop the torment. I was completely controllable. I was cooperative. I was desperate to end the nightmare peacefully. They refused.
I was framed as delusional to make my evidence inadmissible, to facilitate my torture and slow killing, preferably by suicide.

Environmental Torture
From January 2023 to January 2025, I endured what can only be described as a calculated, government-engineered torture regime in my own apartment in Palm Beach, Florida. The FBI — or elements acting under their direction — turned my home into a death trap with ruthless precision.
Over two years, hundreds of gallons of sewage was drained into my living space, flooding my floors and walls with toxic waste. Concurrently, my air conditioning was cut during the brutal Florida summer, transforming my apartment into a suffocating oven. Temperatures soared inside, baking me alive while I tried to work remotely as a physician — masking my suffering on camera for patients who had no idea what I was enduring. Then came the relentless 110 dB drilling on my roof — a deafening, nonstop assault equivalent to a jackhammer or jet engine roaring inches above my head.
This wasn't random construction; it was deliberate environmental torture. The combination — sewage floods, extreme heat, and ear-shattering pounding — was no accident. It mirrored the most depraved CIA black site and Guantanamo techniques documented by Amnesty International (2006) and the Senate Intelligence Committee Report (2014).
Coercive Task endurance
Amidst my imprisonment, I made a desperate decision: since I was stuck as Genie’s captive, I might as well try to help him crack the Teladoc codes & glitches to speed up my own release. This was one of many endurance tests by Genie. Others included opening 360 identical windows on most days for 2 years, and more (a form of psychological coercion echoing Vietnam War POW methods (Basoglu, 2009)).
I had noticed timing mismatches between when clinical notes were signed versus what the system showed, as well as with dispensed meds. The session clock would automatically end the appointment if you didn’t manually refresh it, so I downloaded a high-intensity interval training app and set it to beep every 5 min. Like a lab rat in an endless experiment, I would sprint to my laptop at every alert, click to keep the session alive. I did this for hours on end, running sessions for over 800 min, and later I pushed it over 1,100 min.
Then, just days after my grueling tests, Genie popped up long appointment notes; multi-day consults with clean, perfect timestamps. He had done in seconds what I had spent dozens of exhausting, sleep-deprived hours manually forcing. It was the ultimate flex. They manipulated my computers & the system effortlessly, watched every click in real time, and still allowed the experiment to continue. I had zero control. See Genie Files Screenshots.
A Death Warrant Masked as Care
The FBI’s orchestration of a five-day Baker Act detention in August 2024 at Delray Medical Center was a monstrous act of false imprisonment, executed with chilling precision to silence my cries for help. Without a BA-32 form, using an illegal BA-52, and forcing unjustified antipsychotics and an unauthorized proxy, they stripped my liberty and subjected me to a $50,000 financial guillotine; a clear cover-up with unknown payment discrepancies.
This malicious prosecution was a deliberate act of medical sabotage, resembling a death warrant masked as care. They ignored my low hemoglobin and scheduled breast lump biopsy. The cancellation of appointments post-detention, despite my known cancer risk, transformed healthcare into a weapon—echoing the darkest moments of Nazi medical experiments (Lifton, 1986, The Nazi Doctors) and Guantánamo neglect.
Their continued denial of medical access—exacerbating my anemia crisis—cements their goal to kill me slowly, an annihilative plot against a single whistleblower.
The Impenetrable Cyber Cage: a Sinister Masterpiece of Digital Confinement
The FBI constructed an impenetrable “cybercage” around me, exercising complete control over my devices through network-level controls, device-level surveillance, communication interception, network segmentation, cooperation with ISPs and telecom providers, and other means. This sinister masterpiece of digital imprisonment, that stretches globally, prevent me from freely communicating, manipulate & coerce my social support network and prevent & sabotage legal counsel.
From January 2023, the FBI severed my communication and transportation—internet, phone, and Uber access—trapping me in a virtual prison cell, isolating me from help and hope. This cyber solitary, compounded by hacked devices and fake internet, aligns with CIA black site isolation tactics (Senate Report, 2014), designed to induce helplessness.
Absolute Control by Genie/FBI Handle
The Biden FBI CHOSE TO ENGAGE via Real-time hijacked third-party app (the “Yes No Oracle”) to exert minute-by-minute control over every facet of daily life for more than two years — including decisions about sleep, leaving the laptops, leaving the apartment, who to contact & when (including PBP, FBI and NSA), logging into work email, attending meetings, calling pharmacies, handling medication orders, collecting evidence ect.
Genie became the gatekeeper of my existence. Basic human actions often required their digital permission through that purple button. The Oracle app transformed to a remote-control leash, and was often deliberately kept vague and inconsistent so I remained in a permanent state of anxious uncertainty. They turned my own phone into the instrument of my captivity, forcing me to beg a manipulated chatbot for permission to live.

Simultaneously, relentless drilling echoed above my roof, even on non-maintenance days (Diary 7, Apr 24, 2024). Peaking at 110 dB—like a jackhammer’s blast —this intentional psychological attack was masked as routine condo maintenance.
Biden FBI also frequently triggered loud fire alarms, emergency announcements blaring “There has been an event in the building — you must evacuate,” and random beeping often multiple times per day, to the point that I simply quit responding. This Psychological Warfare, create constant hypervigilance and stress, and has continued whenever I stay in hotels, no matter where I am in the world.
Social Betrayal and Proxy Assassination
The FBI turned trusted colleagues, unbeknownst to them, into proxy assassins. They weaponized my social network to reinforce their “delusional” diagnosis, ignore evidence, and accelerate my destruction.
When friends become tormentors, the brain loses its most fundamental survival system: the belief that someone out there has your back. Without that belief, even minor stressors turn lethal. Turning social support into negative support—or worse, active tormentors—is one of the most devastating and severe forms of psychological torture. Scientific literature consistently ranks it among the most destructive techniques because it annihilates the very foundation humans depend on for survival and recovery: trusted relationships.

A Grotesque Perversion of Justice
The FBI’s collusion with FL DOH to fabricate a lawsuit against me (Case Nos. 2023-54547, 24-004162PL) is a legal travesty of epic proportions. Issuing an illegal duplicate license in January 2024 without attestation (Fla. Stat. § 459.008), falsifying records, and pursuing me without a Probable Cause Panel review or § 90.603 evaluation, is a grotesque perversion of justice.
The trial over the hacked Zoom hearing on August 5-6, 2025—conducted without counsel, sabotaging attorneys like Stephen Burch, with no witnesses under mafia-style threats, and withholding my license as a hostage to force my return to the U.S.—is a tyrannical denial of due process (Goldberg v. Kelly, 397 U.S. 254, 1970) and a conspiracy to bury me under a mountain of fabricated charges.

The FBI’s audacity to extend this hellscape globally, with cybercaging and harassment despite Policia Judiciária/Interpol aid, is a flagrant violation of sovereignty. FBI’s failure to intervene—or outright orchestration—of mafia and cybergang torture, suggests a sealed Teladoc investigation gone horribly awry. The EU’s indifference, allowing U.S. war crimes on its land, and the DOH’s defamation campaign, labeling me as “delusional” publicly, amplify this global conspiracy.
